About Us In house, we make our own sausages, cure pancetta and smoke bacon. We hand taste our wine and beer selection and have fabulous cheeses to compliment the occasion. We offer prepared meals Tuesday through Friday with selections changing daily. Customers can keep up with the latest news and selections by signing up for our e-newsletter. Nadolski’s Butcher Shop first opened in January of 2009 and now also distributes wholesale to many area restaurants and ships products throughout the east coast.
The Meat Man When not out in his garden or on the river hunting ducks, you'll find Jonathan reading through countless recipe books; especially French favorites James Peterson and Jean-Louis Palladin. He stays busy whipping up new dishes based on classic French and Italian cooking using simple and fresh ingredients. Born in Wisconson and raised all along the northeast coast, Jonathan now resides in Goochland with his wife, Alissa, and twin seven year-old daughters.
