At Nadolski's, we cater to
food enthusiasts who are looking for a selection of the hard to find
cuts of meat and the specialized service of a local butcher. We deal with
only the best local farmers, gourmet providers and experts in the
industry. We source our meats through the seasons and have particular
meats that are better at certain times of the year.
In house, we make our own sausage, cure pancetta
and smoke our bacon. We hand taste our wine and beer selection and have
fabulous cheeses to compliment the occasion. We offer prepared meals
Monday through Friday with selections changing daily. Customers can keep
up with the latest news and selections by signing up for our e-newsletter.
Nadolski’s Butcher Shop first opened in January
of 2009 and now also distributes wholesale to many area restaurants and ships
online.
