The Meat Man
Meet Jonathan Nadolski, once chef to the renowned restaurant La Petite France, turned owner of Goochland’s newest retail establishment. Jonathan, a self proclaimed "foodie" has a passion for cooking and sharing good food. He's been in the restaurant business since 1991, and brings with him a wealth of experience and local connections. Although he is on the other side of the meat counter, instead of in front of an 8-burner stove, his passion for cooking simple, fresh food to fine gourmet cuisine, helps guide customers when preparing meals for any occasion.

When not out in his garden or on the river hunting ducks, you'll find Jonathan reading through countless recipe books; especially French favorites James Peterson and Jean-Louis Palladin. He stays busy whipping up new dishes based on classic French and Italian cooking using simple and fresh ingredients.

He enjoys sharing his passion with others and that's exactly why his dream is to share his knowledge and resources with the community, so they too, can enjoypreparing meals for all occasions, using fresh, locally-bought ingredients.

Born in Wisconson and raised all along the northeast coast, Jonathan now resides in Goochland with his wife, Alissa, and twin four-year-old daughters.
