Much of our meat is raised right here in Central Virginia. We supplement our stock with premium products that stand above restuarant quality. Our meat has not subjected to carbon monixide gas to preserve color and has no preservatives or additives commonly found in packaged products at the large supermarket chains. Homemade Sausage Made fresh every morning, our homemade sausage tops all others around! Made with fresh pork shoulder, no fillers, no additives and no MSG. Try our Sweet Italian, Keilbasa, Andouille or Chorizo. Subject to availablity, we have homemade Pancetta, Tasso Ham, and Fresh Applewood-Smoked Bacon all made with Sage, Garlic and Pepper - it goes fast!

Whole Cows
We work with a variety of farmers all over Central Virginia to bring you whole cows. Buying direct from the farms, we're able to hear first hand how it's been raised, what it's been fed and how it's processed. All the farmers we work with welcome you to stop by their farm and see first hand for yourself the beautiful land on which they raise their animals.
