Susan and Peter Bance bring us yet another 100% grass fed Belted Galloway Steer. Raised in Goochland County, this steer has been entirely Grass-fed. The meat from this steer is ruby red and has hung in the locker for two solid weeks. We will not see another Galloway from this farm until late October so get it now while you can! We have Cowboy Rib Steaks, Porterhouse, Skirts, Flank, Brisket, Sirloin, Shanks, Ground Round and Short Ribs!

Much of our meat is raised right here in Central Virginia. We supplement our stock with premium products that stand above restuarant quality. Our meat has not subjected to carbon monixide gas to preserve color and has no preservatives or additives commonly found in packaged products at the large supermarket chains. Try our Sweet Italian, Keilbasa, Andouille or Chorizo. Seasonally, we offer Irish Bangers, Lamb & Port Wine with Pine Nuts, Chicken & Tarragon with Chardonay, Wild Boar and Venison Sausage. Subject to availablity, we have homemade Pancetta, Tasso Ham, and Fresh Applewood-Smoked Bacon all made with Sage, Garlic and Pepper - it goes fast!

Whole Cows
We work with a variety of farmers all over Central Virginia to bring you whole cows. Buying direct from the farms, we're able to hear first hand how it's been raised, what it's been fed and how it's processed.
